Sargon' leadership
Sargon was the one who united all of the Sumerian city-states, to create one empire, the Akkadian. He kept tight ship in the empire. He kept cities in close watch, had loads of millitary techniques, and defeated anyone who would ever cross his line. Sargon would rule for 56 years. Then, the Akkadian empire was passed down to his sons.
Sargon son's Leadership
Sargon's sons closely followed his father's practices and techniques. Lots of cities rebelled, and his sons had spent many years trying to maintain and restore order. They had ordered extensive constructions of temples, and buildings. They expanded their empire to have more power, and most of them still managed to keep order all over the territory.
Downfall
There were many attacks and rebellions against the Akkadian empire. The new emperors were struggling to maintain and restrain order. A group called the Gutian, were the main rival. Slowly, the empire slowly weakened, and weakened, until they completely lost the entire empire. The empire now belongs to the Gutians.
